Three male high school students need male mentors as part of the Green Jobs Program. Common Ground High School is a charter high school focused on environmental studies (www.nhep.com). Common Ground is partnering with the Yale Urban Resources Initiative, Solar Youth, CitySeed, and The Consultation Center to create the Green Job Corps -- an employment and leadership development program that links Common Ground students with meaningful, paid, environmental jobs. It also requires a mentoring component.

Mentoring would be two hours per week from 3-5, and the day of the week is flexible. There is a general structure in place for mentoring.
