Wings of Defeat, an award-winning documentary slated for PBS broadcast in May, 2009, is being screened at NYU Cantor Film Center, along with its follow-up film, Wings of Defeat: Another Journey. The film features four Kamikaze pilots who survived WWII and reveal they were neither suicidal nor fanatical but young men, sentenced to death by a military that could not admit defeat.
