Brown and Friends Annual Fall Ball

MARK YOUR CALENDARS, YALE ALUMNI!

The Brown Club in New York's Annual Fall Ball is October 15.  A small number of early bird $60 tickets (regular price: $75 / $100 at the door) are still available!

Thoughts of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers?  Come dressed fancy, footloose and free --- and dance the night away!

TEN REASONS TO JOIN OUR FAB FALL BALL!

1.  MAD GORGEOUS BALLROOM ON FIFTH AVE.  Join 250+ Brown alumni and friends for our club's annual ball at the 3 West Club, which New York Magazine calls "one of the best private clubs" in the city.

2.  LIVE DJ SPINNING FOXTROT TO HIP-HOP.   DJ "Brownie" spins all-night long!

3.  FABULOUS DOOR PRIZES.  Awards for best dancing and best dressed! Win a basket of premium liquors, dance lessons, tickets to Joyce Theatre, dinner to Acqua, Veuve Cliquot champagne and more!

4.   GLORIOUS FOOD, COCKTAILS AND OPEN BAR.  Hors d'oeuvres like salmon mousse, curried chicken endive and top-shelf liquors all evening.

5.  YOU'RE A LOVER, NOT A DANCER?  NETWORK & SCHMOOZE.  Make new friends!  Want a job?  Philosophize over a cocktail or two! Plenty of dapper, fascinating non-dancing folks abound.

6.  ADD ZING TO YOUR SWING.  Juan Carlos, our Spanish step master will teach you foxtrot, tango and salsa!

7.  LOOKING FOR A DANCE PARTNER? No worries, let us arrange dancing partners for you with our old fashioned dance card system!

8.  IS BARYSHNIKOV YOUR MIDDLE NAME? Bring a dance partner and compete in our dance contest to win wonderful prizes!

 9. SINGLE?  Bid on a partner at our Singles Auction! Better yet, have your friend bid for you!

10.  FLY ME TO THE MOON.  Bring a friend, bring a date!  Bring your mother-in-law in a feathered tutu and a merry band of travelling gypsies with purple porkpie hats.

Dress up, but let your hair down.  Please come in festive attire for an evening to remember!
