Happy March!
This month brings good news as YAAMNY continues to evolve and form an advisory council:
- Amanda Taffy and Rashida Bobb have started a committe to help promote volunteering initiatives each month. Please see the notice below and post your activites or news by clicking on the section: Volunteering.
- Please join us and AYA Executive Director Mark Dollhopf '77 on Monday, March 31st for a reception and special presentation on the big changes afoot at the Association of Yale Alumni, including details about the new levels of support for alumni activities in New York City!
Other important news: Yalies still know how to party and by all accounts Feb Club revelers proved it accross the country.
Please note some of our selections from the rollicking Arts and Entertainment section at the bottom of this email, and don't miss the deals in the Housing Bulletin Board and the new books published by our classmates this month on the YAAMNY.net.

The Public Service / Social Justice Committee of YAAMNY is committed to promoting public service and advancing social justice while fostering and strengthening alumni relations.
Thus, we are asking alumni for proposals and news about your activites that incorporate the need for volunteers to promote public interest and social justice initiatives in the area....
