Yaamny Council Update

Below please find our updated minutes from the last meeting Feb 20 as well as an initial agenda and reminder for our upcoming meeting.

I'm proposing we meet March 19 to keep the plan of meeting on the third wednesday of the month. This will also give us an extra week to prepare (and rest) for the march 31 reception.

I look forward to seeing you all again on the 19th and will also send a regular meeting invite again via email.

Action items

Social Service Group to begin ongoing meetings and report on plans at the next Council meeting
Arts and Entertainment already has a scheduled meeting March 10 and will report at the next council
Alberto to send a meeting invite to the next Council meeting scheduled for either March 19 or 26.
Ongoing discussion to be had on the format of the April 11-12 Retreat.
