A Walk to Beautiful follows five Ethiopian women who suffer from devastating childbirth injuries as they journey across a nation on a quest to reclaim their lives. The film won top honors as Best Documentary Film of the Year from the International Documentary Association (besting this year's Academy Award nominees in the process).

Come see A Walk to Beautiful on Wednesday February 13th at 6:15pm for a special YAAMNY screening followed by Q&A with the filmmakers! Beginning February 8th the film will be at the Quad Cinema (34 West 13th St.) where it will run for at least one week and can hope to have its run extended in response to audience support.

Regular show times are:

1:00 pm, 2:45 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:15 pm, 8:00 pm, and 10:05 pm.
