The Arts & Entertainment committee in collaboration with the Open Music Ensemble, led by Philip Foster, Ph.D '74, (Art History) and M.S.L. '75 (Law), cordially invites you to an evening of musical meditations followed by dinner at a Tibetan restaurant. The Open Music Ensemble will present the fourth and final presentation in the popular series "Musical Meditations." The Tibet House was founded at the request of the Dalai Lama to help preserve Tibetan culture. The evening program will begin in silence. After a brief introduction, audience members will be invited to place their attention on the sounds and silences created for the group by the Ensemble or to engage in any practice they might prefer such as yoga or movement, while the musicians perform. There will be a short period of silence after which participants will be invited to share their experiences.
