"The Jack of Tarts" is set in the land of Tartannia, where an evil
queen controls her subjects by making them addicted to tarts baked by
her son, the Jack. On the eve of the annual Grand High Tea, a
terrorist named Agnes and a brazen hemophiliac named Annabelle Lee
arrive to try and stir things up. Featuring a cast of 20 and a
junkyard orchestra, "The Jack of Tarts" is a postmodern fairytale not
