Hope your 2009 is off to a great start.

 

The Yale Alumni Association of Metropolitan New York (YAAMNY) welcomes those who moved to the area this past year (in which case, you are receiving this newsletter for the first time).

 

This month we have a great line-up of events, including a community service event on the 18th, a free reception with Yale University President Richard Levin on the 22nd at the Yale Club, a Brown-Columbia-MIT-Yale New Year's Alumni Party on the 27th, and a couple of fun focus group sessions to discuss new programs/activities of interest to you. If you would like to get more involved with YAAMNY to create a greater sense of community for Yale alumni and/or make a societal impact in the New York area, feel free to contact me or any of the other board members listed below. We have several board slots available for those who have the interest, time and energy to commit to a vibrant and growing organization.
