Fleur de Lis. Constant Bliss. Vermont Shepherd. Pleasant Ridge Reserve. Allow us a moment to put our right hands over our hearts. These are some of the worlds best cheeses, and they're proudly, lovingly made in the U.S.A.

Liz Thorpe, VP of Murray's Cheese and author of the recently released The Cheese Chronicles (and a Yale '00 graduate), conducts a guided tour and tasting of these and other luscious, mouthful American originals.  By and large, the cheesemakers have learned their crafts from the masters of Europe, and brought it here, where a different and unique terroir has given us another reason to love America.

Enjoy this delicious cheese tasting with other Yalies on October 28th. Sparkling wine, bread, dried fruit and nuts will be served as well.
