Join Cityseed's Erin Wirspa Eisenberg, Peter Dodge from Edge of the Woods, Bruce Becker of 360 State and the Elm City Food Co-op, and Mark Winne, author of Closing the Food Gap: Resetting the Table in the Land of Plenty and former member of the Harford Food Policy Council for a moderated discussion about the future of food access in New Haven. Panelists will be addressing two major questions: why is New Haven considered an untenable market by major supermarket retailers, and what have local retailers done differently to serve this particular community?
