Phonathon 2009-2010

Process for signing up

 Group coordinators: Write the name of your organization on the preferred date in the calendar below, along with your email address (you have to click on the Google Calendar button in the lower right corner of the calendar to be able to edit it. Please make sure you don't modify/delete existing entries. We will know!).

Rules

• Each organization needs to do a minimum of 4 hours of phonathon per year, the requirement being split evenly between the two semesters (i.e. 2 hours in the fall, and 2 in the spring).

• Calling sessions run from 7-9pm, Monday through Thursday, in the Dwight Hall Lounge (1^st floor, left side of the building, between Common Room and Chapel).  with the exception of school breaks.

• Two different groups can sign up for any one session, with two callers each, both present for the entire two-hour shift. Should any caller be more than 15 minutes late, or leave before completing the shift, his or her organization will not be recognized for that day's phonathon.
