Freebird Books & Goods - a used bookstore/cafe that sells coffee/tea, wine/beer, moxie and corn dogs - presents an hour of literary readings by Krista Madsen and Felicia C. Sullivan. Readers: Krista Madsen's first novel, Degas Must Have Loved a Dancer was published by Livingston Press in 2003, her second, Four Corners is due out in July. She is the co-creator of Readingdivas.com, a site for women and words, and has recently opened a Williamsburg arts/wine lounge called Stain Bar. Felicia C. Sullivan is a New York based writer with an MFA from Columbia University. A two-time Pushcart Prize nominee, her work has been published in Post Road Magazine, Drunken Boat, Publisher's Weekly, and The Adirondack Review, among other publications. Work is forthcoming in Swink Magazine, the anthology, Homewrecker - An Atlas ofIllicit Loves & Kitchen Sink. She is the founder and editor of the literary journal, Small Spiral Notebook, www.smallspiralnotebook.com and is also the director of the Non-Fiction series at KGB Bar in NYC.
