When:   May 12, 2009 1:00am
Where:   Woolsey Hall
Type:   Meeting

Last year more than 160 volunteers participated in mentoring or judging.

Judges commit to reviewing the Science Fair projects on May 12 and 13th.

Mentors work with children and teachers to help them carry out investigative hands-on science fair projects, in order to promote skills in critical thinking, scientific process and communication. Mentors commit to working with students about an hour and a half per week through April typically during the afternoon from 1 – 4 PM (although times vary).  Mentors are needed immediately for grades K-8.
