Salt Water March From the Sea

Climate Action NOW. Wake Up!   This march (about 2 miles) will involve splashing sea water to wake up our institutions!  Targets: Federal government; Oil/Gas Industry; Chamber of Commerce;  US Congress; CT Department of Transportation.  This march (about 2 miles) will involve splashing sea water at key sites to wake up our institutions!  This nonviolent March is in honor of Gandhis birthday (10/2) and his 1930 Salt March to the Sea to push the British out of India.

Meet on Long Wharf Drive to left of Long Wharf Pier     (Under I95 from Ikea by Canal Dock Rd.  Its about a 35 minute walk from the Green;  or 10 minute bike ride; or  take Z bus; or two parking lots nearby on Long Wharf.)

  Bring empty container for sea water.
