What if, whenever the D-Holla is sent, that miserable, miserable wind and rain instantly becomes sunshine and smiles?  Here's hoping for a miracle!

First, be sure to go to the Social Justice Network training on how to lobby with Ben Stango, an experienced political activist who's worked on homeless legislation, health care legislation, and more.  Stango's the man to talk to if you want to learn how to lobby...be sure to stop by the training for a good discussion about lobbying strategies and grasroots action!

Second, Colleges against Cancer is staging a fashion show this Friday benefiting research into breast cancer cures.  Scroll down for more info.

Third(ly), the Sleepout is happening again this Saturday from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM.  You tell your friends you are hardcore.  Here's a chance to prove it.  All proceeds go to Shelter Now, a Yale Hunger and Homelessness Action Project initiative aiming to keep New Haven homeless shelters open for the winter.
