Want to learn more about international development at Yale? College Council for CARE is sponsoring a dinner series, with each session featuring a prominent Yale professor. The first dinner will be hosted by David Simon, lecturer of "Government and Politics in Africa" and "The Politics of Development Assistance" this Wednesday night in the Silliman Dining Hall.  David Simon is also editor of the Historical Dictionary of Zambia and has contributed to Comparative Political Studies, the Journal of Genocide Research, and the Journal of Commonwealth and Comparative Politics.
