Recent productions of plays by Jonathan Leaf (BK '88) have won multiple award nominations and rave reviews in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Daily News, The New Yorker, The New Criterion and many other publications.
Leaf's plays have been praised for their unusual union of lively entertainment and intellectual power and substance.
His latest play will be going on for just a four-week limited run. It features a superb cast which includes two recent Drama Desk nominees. The play is about a pair of 1960's sex researchers, and it delves into such important issues as the importance of childbirth and family to both women and men and the nature of homosexuality and changing attitudes towards it.
"Sexual Healing" will run from Wednesday, January 6 to Saturday, January 30. Shows are at 7:30 pm on Wednesday and Thursday and 8:00 pm on Friday and Saturday.
