The devastating earthquake that has just occurred in Haiti is a huge public health crisis. Officials report that nearly 100,000 individuals may have perished and others are without healthcare, access to water, or other basic necessities. This catastrophic event is the largest earthquake in the country's history, and one of the biggest disasters in our hemisphere. Through our international contacts, we have learned that the best way to help is by raising funds to provide basic necessities. Every dollar counts. One of our big fundraisers is our Help Can't Wait Haiti Benefit concert, will be held this Monday, January 18 7:30 P.M. in Woosley Hall. Requested donation is $10. Additional Info/Contact: |
