The Healthy Neighbors Program, the Church Street South Apartments, and the Yale School of Nursing are holding our Spring Community Healthfair on Saturday, March 27th from 3pm to 6pm, and we want YOU to be there! As in previous years, the fair is being hosted by the Church St South Apts in their Community Center (34 Cinque Green, New Haven, CT), and we are expecting upwards of 200 neighborhood children, family, adult, and elderly resident participants.
