Marginalized and impoverished populations too often have their environments and resources exploited for the benefit of others.  From the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico to mining practices in Bolivia to the mistreatment of industrial agricultural workers in Nicaragua, poorer communities - and future generations - are the victims of  environmental exploitation, and ruin.  Basta Ya!  Enough Already!
