The Dwight Hall Early Childhood Education Fellowship is a program designed to create future leaders with hands-on experience in New Haven child care programs working with children birth to 5 years of age. Fellows assist teachers in a high quality early childhood center for 4-6 hours/week and earn a stipend of $300/semester (or an hourly rate if you qualify for federal work-study). The Fellows also gather for a bi-weekly student-directed seminar on interesting child development and education policy issues, with visits from local leaders in Early Childhood policy.
