Still looking for something to do this summer? UAID (United Against Infectious Diseases) Yale Chapter is now accepting applications for our 4 weeklong trips to Santiago, Panama, where students will provide HIV/AIDS testing, counseling, and health education to at-risk populations. The trip dates are as follows:
- May 25-June 1
- June 2-9
- August 14-21
- August 22-29
The estimated in-country cost for one trip is $1300-1400. *Note: UAIDers do NOT have to speak Spanish in order to go on a trip!
To find out more about the trips and UAID, as well as how to apply, come to our info session on Wednesday, February 23 from 7:30-8:30 pm in WLH 117. Pizza, garlic bread, and chicken wings will be served!
