The Colorful Road to Happiness By Pamela Hochstetter City Hall, Thurs June 26th, 6:30 8:00pm
Most of us live our days filled to the brim with commitments, responsibilities, appointments - you get the picture. Building in a sufficient balance of quiet, relaxing, renewing time may be the perfect antidote to stress, burnout and unhappiness.
Pamela Hochstetter, M. Div. will discuss the benefits of creating a Process Art practice. What is Process Art? Who should try it? Do you need to be an artist? Where can you do it? These and other questions generated by attendees will be enthusiastically addressed.
(Warning: You may find this activity to be habit-forming.)
Pamela Hochstetter is a life-long practicing artist, Process Art facilitator, educator and spiritual guide. She holds a Master of Divinity degree from YaleDivinitySchool, as well as a Bachelor's, summa cum laude, in art & education. Her training in Process Art was with Jane Gross, MA, LCSW.
Everyone is welcome; admission is free! Additional Info/Contact: This email address is hidden from email harvesters via JavaScript |
