Abraham Morrison August 18 1967 -  August 18, 2008
With love, generosity, and a great deal of wit, Abe shared his spirit with the world. He climbed ruins in Pompeii and Ephesus, rode camels and explored pyramids in Egypt, took a balloon ride across the Serengeti, explored catacombs of Rome and Turkey and the largest cemetery in Paris, and played Baccarat in Monte Carlo in full tux and tail.

Abe toured every corner of America with different Broadway shows before settling in NYC as a Broadway stagehand.  His career allowed him to work alongside the likes of Dame JudI Dench, Linda Lavin, Valerie Harper, Brian Dennahy, Christopher Plumber, Julienne Moore, Rosie ODonnell, Alan Alda, and Julia Roberts in both successes and flops.

But the highlight of his life was the friendships he made along the way, and Abes love of family and kids.  He has left indelible memories for all who have been lucky enough to be warmed by his charm, his wonderful sense of humor, and free spirit.  Abraham Morrison is survived by his mother, father, brother, cousins, and many amazing friends he would prefer to call family.

A MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR HIS NEW YORK FRIENDS WILL TAKE PLACE ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12 AT 6:30PM AT THE SAJ AT 15 WEST 86TH STREET. Donations in Abe¹s honor can be made to  Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS or The Shira Ruskay Center
