Aasif Mandvi presents a hilarious one-man show, a collection of pieces that tackles thirty years, three continents, American cowboys, Islam, girls, British boarding schools, and…the eternal quest to become the Fonz! Mr. Mandvi won the Obie Award for his critically acclaimed one-man show "Sakina’s Restaurant." His other New York Stage credits include the Broadway revival of "Oklahoma!," Tony Kushner’s "Homebody/Kabul," "Trudy Blue," "Death Defying Acts," "Suburbia," and the recent docudrama "Guantanamo." Mr. Mandvi boasts numerous television appearances, including “Law and Order,” “CSI,” “Sex and the City,” “Nash Bridges,” “OZ,” and currently, “Tanner on Tanner” for the Sundance Channel, directed by Robert Altman. His film repertoire entails the title role in Merchant/Ivory’s "The Mystic Masseur," "Spider-Man 2," "The Siege," "Analyze This," "Random Hearts," and "American Chai." Mr. Mandvi recently wrote his first feature film, "7 to the Palace," which will begin production this year.
